  9. Not always but sometimes, when i comes in contact with smoke or Dust(pollution on roads), Difficulty in breathing occurs.
  • When i takes treatment from Physicians they treat it as common cold and gives medicines for 3,4 days. I get relief from these problems only till medicines are taken.

  1. Dear Ashish,

You may be suffering from Allergic Rhinitis with a component of Vasomotor rhinitis also.

Allergic Rhinitis typically manifests as frequent sneezing, watery nasal discharge, blocked nostril especially at night, watering from eyes, heaviness of head etc.

For this, you need to be on long term anti allergic treatment which is quite simple in form of new generation anti histamines, nasal spray etc. Beside this, we have to rule out any structural problem in nose like deviated nasal septum or nasal polyposis for which a CT scan of sinuses is required. Blood tests will include Complete blood counts including absolute eosinophil counts.

I hope this helps your query and you need to see an ENT specialist in your area.
